With 25 years in architecture, design, construction, engineering, investment and development, Iowa-native Fritz Jünker brings deep, hands-on expertise to every real estate decision. From 2006–2022, he operated Fritz Jünker Design & Remodeling® in the Pacific Northwest - an award-winning, regionally-recognized, luxury design-build firm. Later he was a VP at Monfort Companies in Denver, CO - owner of the Colorado Rockies baseball franchise, and a leading Mountain-West developer. Additionally, Fritz is currently a Managing Partner with Inner Child Entertainment LLC - developing Baja California’s first major outdoor concert venue North of Cabo San Lucas. Over his long career, he’s completed 100+ projects for private owners, high net-worth investors, developers, and real-estate professionals, with his own design work featured in Dwell Magazine, Architectural Digest, Forbes, and The New York Times.
